This is weird, of course I'm Spoil Pink. But I found this while googling Penguin Chat 3. To go on this site, go to http://www.penguinchat.com/popups/. You don't have to pay for a thing. You can log into multiple accounts. You can choose from 6 different types of penguins(do this before you log on). You can even ride skateboards! Cool.
